The material

Waste? A resource!

A solution for the future

Developed in our Geneva workshop, this recycled plastic material is made from post-consumer plastic or HDPE and PP industrial offcuts from partner companies in Switzerland.

Smooth and waterproof, rigid or flexible depending on the sheet thickness and the type of plastic, our panels above all last exceptionally long – plastic takes up to 500 years to break down!

This material locks plastic waste away for good, keeping it out of incinerators and out of nature. A resilient solution that looks to the future!

Versatile and unique

Easy to machine, our sheets suit a wide range of uses: from furniture to surface cladding, as well as custom parts cut on a CNC machine.

The material’s properties open up endless possibilities: raw gloss or sanded matt, marbled or plain, for a look all of its own. Thanks to an innovative heating technique, corners and joints are easy to make without screws, for a clean, minimal result.

Made in Geneva

Handmade, this material is produced in a thermoplastic press built in our Geneva workshop, based on the open-source Precious Plastic plans.

This machine is currently the only sheet press in French-speaking Switzerland able to recycle plastic waste into panels of this size. Each time, the process creates a unique, made-to-measure piece.

This innovative material is made from local resources with a strong commitment to circularity. By choosing it, you directly support a responsible economy and short supply chains!
